Folklore Estate Services was founded in 2025 by John Pennington, a Norfolk native who graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2009.
After years of helping friends and neighbors navigate estate transitions, John founded Folklore Estate Services to bring professional, compassionate estate liquidation services to his hometown community.
